Can I organise my own tour?
Yes we can help tailor a package to suit you.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit of is required at the time of booking
Is my deposit returnable?
No, if you cancel your booking you will lose the deposit. In some special circumstances we may be able to reschedule your booking at a later date if enough notice is given.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Is there a bond required?
Yes a bond is required. The bond amount will vary depending on the bus. Your bond is fully refunded if there is no damage to the bus at the end of the experience.
Can we drink on the bus?
Yes, all we ask is that you are sensible and respect the driver and the bus. We are governed by the code of conduct set by the Liquor & Gaming Regulator, to have alcohol on the bus everyone must be at least 18 years old. Anyone too heavily intoxicated with be cut off. If there is any antisocial or Violence behaviour removal from the bus will occur immediately and police will be called. The service will terminate from this point. No exceptions. Cans only… No glass bottles
Do we need ice for our alcohol?
No, we will provide ice if requested..
Can we smoke on the bus?
No you are not able to smoke on the bus. If you need to have a cigarette, please discuss with the driver who will find a suitable place to stop.
Is there a toilet on the bus?
Some of our buses have toilets on board as it is not always possible to pull over a bus to go to the toilet. Please refer to the OUR BUSES page for details on which buses do and don’t have toilets.
Can we bring our own music?
Yes we encourage you to do so. If not we have a selection of music.
Can we decorate the bus for special occasions?
Yes within reason. If you wish to decorate the bus, please contact the office, or note on the enquiry form so that we can discuss this with you.
What if we go over time?
If you do go over time, there is a charge. The charge for this will vary depending on the bus.
What is the damage policy?
We encourage everyone to have fun, however this does not extend to breakages and damage to any part of the bus.
Examples of Damages costs are:
Broken Window $1,500
Broken TV Screen $1,000
Damaged Seat $2,000
Throwing up $350
Prices may vary depending on the availability and costs of parts to replace. The cost of damage will be taken from the bond. An additional invoice will be provided, and is to be paid with 3 days if the replacement cost is greater than the bond amount.
