OUR BUILD-YOUR-OWN PACKAGES ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE A FUN-FILLED CHAUFFEURED DAY WITH THE FLEXIBILITY TO TAILOR YOUR ITINERARY TO SUIT YOUR EVENT.

Our Bus-and-Driver Package has you in the Hunter Valley from 10:00am until 3:30pm

Pickup will occur from your selected address (Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter Valley Region) at a sufficient time to reach the hunter valley by 10:00 for your first tasting. if you were looking for an out of region pickup, please let us know and can provide a tailored quote.

We Recommend The Following Time Frame For the Day:

• 10:00am – Tasting One
• 11:30am – Tasting Two
• 1:00pm – Lunch
• 2:30pm – Tasting Three

 The Bus and Driver will be yours for the Hire Time so you are free to go wherever you like, just let us know!

Standard Wine Tour Package

Our Standard Package has you in the Hunter Valley from 10:00am until 3:30pm

Pricing for the standard package is split into two components – the price of the bus and driver for the day, plus a per-person fee which covers the cost of the tastings. lunch can be either purchased by each individual person on the day, or you can choose to pre-pay for a group menu.

  The Itinerary Will Follow The Time Frame Below:

• 10:00am – Tasting One
• 11:30am – Tasting Two
• 1:00pm – Lunch
• 2:30pm – Tasting Three

 Note: The standard package is limited to a maximum of 25 passengers or the seating capacity of the bus (whichever is smaller)

Under The Deluxe Package you can choose your own adventure, without the fuss of organising any of the details. 

let us know what venues you would like to go to, or what sort of event you are looking for and we can take care of the rest. please note some venues do have maximum groups sizes so this may limit the possible venues for your group if you have a large number of participants.

the Deluxe Package can include wine tastings, cheese and chocolate tastings, dessert tours as well as activities such as candy making, barrel rolling or grape stomping.
